Bringing CoCu to a new, clean version. So that external people can use it for their problems. Major points are: efficiency (WebRTC), extendability (player and counter logic/rules), scalability for RL (Multi-Agent RL Gyms), tutorial, and docs.

Additionally, extensions and adaptations should work out of the box with less hassle (mujoco, 3D, XR, VoiceChat, Online, OTree, PyGame)

• create a level editor GUI
