Expose marker-detection parameters via dynamic reconfigure

Some detector parameters are already exposed via yaml and ROS params. Extend this and expose more parameters via dynamic reconfigure to allow their modification at runtime.

Additionally, it would be helpful to publish intermediate processing results as shown in section Detector Parameters of the man page. These images could be published on different debug topics.
