Show message if SSH fails due to missing security rule

When I attempt to connect via SSH fails, showing the reason why the connection attempt failed would be nice. Especially when:

  1. The connection fails due to missing ssh permission in security rule. Currently just throws TimeoutError in ssh_handler.is_active
