Wrong Python type for Workflow versions relationship

Change the type of the Workflow.versions relationship from

versions: Mapped["WorkflowVersion"] = relationship(
        "WorkflowVersion", back_populates="workflow", cascade="all, delete", passive_deletes=True
    )

to

versions: Mapped[List["WorkflowVersion"]] = relationship(
        "WorkflowVersion", back_populates="workflow", cascade="all, delete", passive_deletes=True
    )
