Support nextflow environment variables

When submitting a job to the slurm cluster scan the environment for variables with the prefix NXF_ and automatically set them as env variables for the job.

A person who deploys this service can configure the Nextflow command with Envrionment Varibales to their needs and adjust it to the cluster infrastructure.
