Nextflow config for whole cluster

The service should accept an optional env variable where the path to an nextflow configuration is set. This nextflow configuration is for each run the same and should configure nextflow in such a way that it can run on the cluster.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
