Float elements so that manual checks are more efficient

  • Reduce empty spaces to make the preview go up.
  • More clearly associate the RoMEO boxes to the citation they are about, otherwise one keeps wondering whether the box is about the previous or following citation.
  • More precise language about the meaning of the semaphore: it is about general rules, not about the specific citation/work.
