gitlab has a new step called flake8
conf.py the ipython directive has been removed

Could not import networkx, which somehow strange.
So we do an explicite install

tox command was not found, we try with pip3 --user install

Remove pip install tox flake8, because in package requirement

pip3 install -U to avoid permission right

Revert python3.5 to python3, because python3.5 is not installed

Replace python3 with 3.5
