Additional bugfix: Typecasting conflict in C++
  payloads fixed. Reverted to cstdlib casts
  to avoid bulky exceptions being thrown.

Defaults from /etc/rsb.conf and ~/.config/rsb.conf were falsely erased, fixed.

Re-enabled revision checks. Line 18 and three instances of "not OMIT_REVISION_CHECKS and" can be removed later.

Fixed ipaacaspam.py test. Improved .gitignore

ATTENTION: ipaaca.py disabled revision checks at the moment using an OMIT_... var (look on the first page of the file)
