Setting default channel name and default payload type works OK

Sniffer: only display quotes for string-type payload values
Injector: using unicode() and catching errors

TODO: compatibility with STR legacy payloads; more varied
access to inner payload objects (e.g. push_back)

It is Herwin's resend fix. Test sources are present but not
enabled during library build (will have to implement test build asap).

fixed overlapping InputBuffer constructors and added BufferConfiguration and BufferConfigurationBuilder

Added BufferConfigurationBuilder to Cpp implementation. Added Channel getter to IUInterface in Cpp implementation. Old constructor interfaces are unchanged to pre-channel versions in Cpp implementation. Added new constructor with BufferConfiguration-parameter for channel usage.

Added ipaaca channel possibilities based on rsb scope. Also, deprecated incompatible InputBuffer constrcutors for non-container parameters for multiple categories, from cpp version

Special build file conditions and conditionally compiled
source code sections were implemented to make ipaaca compile
under Windows. For now, the required libraries from the
prepackaged "rsx" ZIP provided by CoRLab have been hard-coded
in the Windows resolution / linking sections. The unpacked
archive is expected to reside in the common repo dir as "rsx".

Tested on Mac and Linux. Please report any issues.
Please update the rsb project first.
Also, please update the soa script and run "soa fix".
