Increased the version in setup.py from '0.1.28' to '0.1.29'. Updated README.md file with an additional task - docker supervisor/module runner. Added 'TERMINATED_STATUS' in module_status_manager.py and module_status_extension.py to reflect changes in the GUI when a module is terminated.
