This commit provides an extension that can establish and manage websocket connections. It also includes a test module that uses the websocket extension to connect and send messages to a websocket server. New necessary config files have been added. Additionally, all the typical developmental files such as `.gitignore`, `setup.py`, `AUTHORS.md`, `.gitlab-ci.yml` and `README.md` have been created or updated.
