Special build file conditions and conditionally compiled
source code sections were implemented to make ipaaca compile
under Windows. For now, the required libraries from the
prepackaged "rsx" ZIP provided by CoRLab have been hard-coded
in the Windows resolution / linking sections. The unpacked
archive is expected to reside in the common repo dir as "rsx".

Tested on Mac and Linux. Please report any issues.
Please update the rsb project first.
Also, please update the soa script and run "soa fix".

Make sure to update rsb simultaneously.

A new dedicated MessageConverter was added at the same time.

Important: Java version does not yet contain
  Messages (or Retraction, for that matter)
Note: Messages are received and routed to the
  handlers with the special new MESSAGE event
  type, as opposed to ADDED. This decision is
  of course open for discussion.
Additional bugfix: Typecasting conflict in C++
  payloads fixed. Reverted to cstdlib casts
  to avoid bulky exceptions being thrown.
