View/Edit Bucket permission

For each foreign bucket the user should be able to view the permission he has on the bucket.

For each own bucket the user should be able to view all existing permissions on the bucket and edit them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
