Add term ‘accomplishment’
As we define cognitive accomplishment (e.g., for understanding), we also need to define term ‘accomplishment’ itself. According to the entry “Events” in the Stanford Encyclopaedia of Philosophy1, an accomplishment is an event, “that may have a culmination, but is never homogeneous”1.
So, our proposal for a definition of ‘accomplishment’ would be (see this comment):
An accomplishment is a BFO:process which is not homogenous and may have a culmination.
