The markers on the animal may not always be perfectly position relative to the anatomy
A correction matrix (4x4) can now be used to do that

For loops on viewing directions have been removed.
It leads to 200x faster computation :)

The calculation skip null diff euler angles and thus skip many iteration in the loop
