Forecasting and preanalys have been removed from master because tests are not passing and compatible with unittest/navipy
for filtering trajectories see Trajectory class. Filtering in preanalysis has been removed
OpticFlow has been removed because it was based on deprecated conventions
trajectories rotation_mode changes have been update because pd.drop is checking that input object is a pandas dataframe

add copy function for trajecotry keeping Trajectory class and not DataFrame.
